Tradestands selection
process
As you can appreciate we have many more people interested in
taking a Trade Stand at the show than we have room to accommodate.
Therefore there is a selection process involved.
Firstly we invite exhibitors from the previous year to exhibit
at the show. Once those exhibitors have confirmed we can then
accommodate any site moves as requested by them.
By the end of March we are in a position to invite selected
new exhibitors to take a site. To help us make an informed decision
as to whether to invite you to join us we need you to supply
as much information as possible on the 'expression
of interest form'. If you have any company brochures, photographs or visuals
to back up your application, please do indicate on the form and
forward them in the post or by email.
With regard to the location of your site we do welcome discussion
with exhibitors if they have specific requests to move or to
be located near to other companies or types of exhibit and do
try to accommodate your request where possible, however we do
not make any guarantees.
For new exhibitors who do not know the showground do feel free
to leave it in our hands to site you in appropriate location
within areas that will compliment the product and display.
